Return and exchange terms for handmade craft items.

Pre-launch review

TODO: Before launch, confirm exclusions, acceptance periods, shipping cost responsibility, refund method, and made-to-order handling against actual operations.

Handmade Variation

TODO: Replace with final wording for handmade variation, product photos, and item characteristics. Photos are representative examples. Color, glaze flow, wood grain, weave, dimensions, weight, and pattern placement may vary.

TODO: Confirm the boundary between product-page variation descriptions and defects against actual operations.

Defects, Wrong Deliveries, and Transit Damage

  • TODO: Replace the acceptance period and contact method with final rules. The current draft asks customers to contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • TODO: Replace exchange, repair, refund, and other response conditions with final rules.
  • TODO: Replace return-shipping cost responsibility with final rules. Confirm handling when the issue is caused by the store.

Customer Convenience Returns

  • TODO: Replace acceptance, unused-item, accessory, packaging, and acceptance-period conditions with final rules.
  • TODO: Replace made-to-order, personalized, used, damaged, soiled, and hygiene-related exclusions with final rules.
  • TODO: Replace customer-paid return shipping and payment/refund cost responsibility with final rules.

Refunds

TODO: Replace refund method, refund timing, and fee responsibility with final rules. The current draft assumes refunds are processed through the payment provider after the returned item is checked.

TODO: Refund actions are not yet implemented in the admin UI. Confirm whether MVP operations include manual confirmation through Stripe Dashboard or an equivalent process.
