Information We Collect
- Email address, name, order details, and payment status entered during checkout.
- Operational records for products, carts, orders, fulfillment, and email logs.
- Admin login records such as IP address, User-Agent, session information, and security-related data.
- Contact details, inquiry text, and support history provided through inquiries.
Purposes of Use
- Accepting orders, processing payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase communication.
- Sending order confirmations, admin notifications, and shipping notifications.
- Investigating and preventing fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, duplicate processing, and payment errors.
- Improving products, maker stories, regional content, and operational quality.
- Handling legal, audit, accounting, and tax obligations.
External Services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sensitive card information is not stored in this site's database.
Email may be sent through Resend. When no API key is configured, the system records the intended email log without sending.
Product images and related assets may be stored with Cloudflare R2 or another S3-compatible storage service. If any personal information is stored in asset storage, confirm the processor, retention period, and inquiry wording before launch.
Disclosure and Processing
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except as required by law.
We may entrust necessary information to providers for payments, email delivery, shipping, and system operations.
Requests
Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion will be handled after identity confirmation and in accordance with applicable law.
